摘要:近距离突出煤层群开采突出危险性大,且易误穿煤层引发煤与瓦斯突出等事故。通过建立近距离突出煤层群联合防突管控体系,应用区域突出危险性分区分级预判、区城措施智能化设计、措施效果联合检验、联合区域验证、工作面突出危险性持续分析与管理等技术,解决了近距离突出煤层群开采不同阶段防突需求面临的难题,实现近距离突出煤层群联合防突的有效控制,为试验矿井乌兰煤矿近距离突出煤层群工作面安全回采提供了保障。

Abstract: The contiguous outburst coal seam group has great outburst hazard and it is easy to cut through and lead to the occurrence of coal and gas outburst. By taking various measures and technologies such as the establishment of a combined prevention and control system of contiguous outburst coal seam group, the sectional and graded prediction of the regional outburs hazard, the intelligent design of the regional outburst prevention measures, the joint inspection and joint regional verification of the outburst prevention measures' effect, the continuous analysis and management of outburst hazard in the working face and so on, the difficult problems faced with in outburst prevention and control in the different mining stage of the contiguous outburst coal seam group were solved, the combined outburst prevention and control of the contiguous outburst coal seam group was realized, this provided the guarantee for the safe mining of the contiguous outburst coal seam group in Wulan Coal Mine.

生,如安徽芦岭煤矿、云南白龙山煤矿、贵州响水煤矿、新疆焦煤集团2130煤矿等。这些事故的发生,不仅给事故矿井自身带来了人员、财力、物力等方面极大的损失,严重制约矿并的安全高效生产,甚至造成部分矿井停产和封闭,同时,还给煤炭行业的发展带来了负面影响,为煤炭资源能否稳定供应埋下了隐患(1-3)。
