单螺杆压缩机星轮齿理论型面的研究

摘要:对直线包络啮合副的星轮齿侧理论型面进行了研究,并定义其特征为齿面所有点都有机会与螺杆接触(但不干涉)。结果证实直线包络嘴合副星轮齿的理论型面由3部分组成,即二次包络面、包络直线和轨迹面,但其形成原理不同。除包络直线位置的接触线外,二次包络面和就迹面区域均在特定星轮齿转角范图内存在接触线(但两者不同时存在)。分析结果为单螺杆压缩机星轮齿型面的设计提供了理论依据。

Research on Theoretical Tooth Shape of the Star -wheel
in a Single Screw Compressor

Abstract: The paper carried out research works on theoretical tooth shape of the star wheel of linear envelope meshing pair in the single screw compressor, We defined that there exits theoretical shape of the tooth flank, of which all of the points could contact ( but not interfere) with screw. Results show that the theoretical tooth shape of linear envelope meshing pair is composed by three parts of a double envelope face,the straight envelope line a asaa s a o ae e face and the track face respectively contacts with the groove flank during their range of the rotation angle of the tooth,however,they don't contact with the groove flank synchronously. Analysis results provided theoretical ba-sis for designing the star wheel tooth of single screw compressor.

单螺杆压缩机被认为是一种效率较高的回转机械,已应用于空气压缩、制冷及工艺气体压缩等领域。然而,这一机型的产量一直不大。--个很重要的原因在于其星轮齿易磨损,导致压缩机的气量下降。早期,工程师们将这一问题的原因归结于加工精度,开发出单螺杆压缩机星轮与螺杆的专用加工机床,并逐步改进提高加工精度与效率。目前单螺杆压缩机星轮的分度精度可达10”~20"。随后,浮动星轮设计和高分子耐磨材料聚醚醚酮(PEEK)应

用,使单螺杆压缩机的寿命大大增加。即便如此,目前市场上单螺杆耗压缩循机的产量仍然远小手双螺杆压缩机。据了解,运行约6000h后单螺杆空气压缩机仍有-定程度的气量下降,这也限制了单螺杆压缩机在制冷系统的应用。随着容积式压缩机能效标志制度的进一步实施,单螺杆压缩机啮合副的寿命及与其相关的压缩机效率显得愈加重要。
单螺杆压缩机星轮齿的磨损与其型线密切相关,目前市场上的单螺杆压缩机都采用直线包络型线,其啮合副截面如图1(a)所示。螺杆齿槽型面为一条直线的包络面,即星轮齿的棱边。这种啮合副在工作过程中,旦发生星轮齿侧面与齿槽面的接触,只能是其棱边,因而易磨损。
