摘要：为了能够提高单螺杆压缩机的工作性能，深入地研究了其啮合副啮合特性的影响因素。分析了单螺杆压缩机齿合副的基本结构：讨论了嗜合角对单螺杆压编机嗜合副啮合特性的影响；研究了呈轮齿宽对单螺杆压编机啮合副啮合特性的

Abstract:ln order to improve the working.perfomance of single screw compressor,the main affecting factors of meshing property of meshing peir is studied in depth.First,the basic structure of meshing pair of single screw compressor is analyzed,snd then the effect of meshing angle on the meshing property of meshing pair for single screw compression is discussed.Finally,the effect of the tooth width of gate rotor on the meshing property of meshing pair for single screw compression is studied.And analytical results offer theoretical guidance for optimal design and maniufacture of single screw compressor.

单螺杆压缩机的核心部件为螺杆和星轮，这两个关键部件形成了啮合副，螺杆和星轮齿面属于一对共轭面)。螺杆轴线和星轮轴线在空间相互垂直，在单螺杆压缩机工作的过程中，螺杆和星轮在空间做啮合运动。单螺杆压缩机的性能和啮合副的啮合特性是密切相关，而啮合特性影响因素的研究是提高单螺杆压缩机啮合特性的关键，因此，有必要对其进行深入地探究。
