二级压缩单螺杆压缩机节能技术章根国

[摘要]：为降低单螺杆压缩机运行耗电量，减小比功率，提升能效水平，特别是能研制出160kW以上大功率一级能效单螺杆压端机，我们研究采用一种两级压缩方案，该方案是通过优化喷合制型线设计，提高精，在二级压缩吸气口部位设计多组具有充分案化冷却液的冷却喷嘴，实现快速降温，同时优化压比分配、排气口、喷油量等系统结构设计技术，从面而减小电机功率消耗，降低机组输入比功率。通过对该方案研制出的几款通用单炼杆压端机产品进行检测、工业应用，比同

Energy-saving Technique for Two Stages Compression Single Screw Compressor ZHANG Gen-guo

Abstract:ln order to lower down the operating power consumption of single screw compressor, reduce specific power, improve energy efficiency level, especially to develop the single screw compressor with one stage energy efficiency and power over 160 kW, a pro gram with two stages compression is researched and adopted in this paper. In this program, the design of optimized meshed pair profile is used to improve precision, and multiple sets of cooling nozzles with fully atomized coolant are designed in the places of the two stages compression inlet to realize rapidly cooling and to optimize the structure design technique for the systems of pressure ratio amod aaas inu un pe paonpa s roo jo ogdunsuoo amod sn a enb uoaafu o aosp uonsp sronso aas aus [eaan o sad eras adoara sosadn o d es paedoo a s researched by this program saved about 15% power based on the test and industries application. The technology has matured and can be deeply applied in the single screw compressor industry, to promote the improvement of energy-saving technologies level in compressor industry.

引信言
节能减排是我国工业发展的指导性方向，已成为机械制造产品发展的趋势，2009年、2010年工信部连续下发了《高能耗落后机电设备海汰目录》，加快淘汰高能耗落后机电设备产品的生产和使用。2011年，国务院下发“十二五”节能减排综合性工作方案》，并在财税等多方面对企业节能减排进行奖励。工信部自2009年先后发布了四批
