[摘要]:气红活塞可靠运行是压缩机正常工作的必要条件。论文运用机构运动误差分析理论,推导了零件尺寸具有正态分布特征的气缸活塞机构运动可靠度的计算公式,以6M25压缩机气缸活塞为对象,对活塞运动过程中的位移可靠度进行了计算。计算结果表明:活塞位移可象度是压缩角α(面柄轴向与活塞运动轴线夹角)的函数;在一个活塞运动周期内,活塞位移可靠度的变化范图为0.9920~0.9994;在活塞的吸气过程中,当压缩角α从0°增大至90°时,活塞位移可靠度随着压编机的增大而增大,当压缩角α从90°增大至180°时,活塞位移可靠度随着压缩机α的增大而减小;在活塞压缩气体过程中,当压缩角α从180°增大至360°时,活塞位移可靠度随着压缩机α的增大而增大;活塞处于上止点时,活塞的位移可非度最大,活塞处于下止点时,活塞的位移可靠度最小。

Abstract:Reliable operation of cylinder piston was necessary condition of compressor working normally. Mechanism moving error calculation method was used in this paper to deduce the calculation formulas for mechanism moving reliability of cylinder piston while the component size with normal distribution characteristics. Take 6M25 compressor cylinder piston for example, piston displace-ment reliability in moving process was calculated. Calculation results show that piston displacement reliability is function of compress angle (angle of crank axis and piston movement axis). Pistoni displacement reliability variation range is 0.9920~0.9994 in a piston moving period. During piston suction process, piston displacement reliability is increased with compress angle increasing while is in creased from 0°~90°, piston displacement reliability is decreased with compress angle increasing while is increased from 90°~180° During piston compressing process, piston displacement reliability is increased with compress angle increasing while is increased from 180°_~360°. Maximum of piston displacement reliability is occurred at top dead center of cylinder, and minimum of piston displace-ment reliability is oceurred at bottom dead center of cylinder.

6M25压缩机是金昌化工集团合成氨生成的重要设备,用于半水煤气加压。根据合成氨的工艺要求,半水煤气经过6次加压后压力将达到34MPa。

6M25压缩机是一种水平对称布置的往复压缩机,其工作原理是通过电机带着曲柄连杆机构运动,气缸活塞在连杆机构的驱动下产生往复运动,当气缸体积增大时,气体被吸入气缸,当气缸体积减小时,气体被压缩。6M25压缩机的工作原理和结构决定了气缸活塞的运动可靠性对气体的增压结果和设备的能耗有直接影响。因此,获取6M25
