TCR型SVC系统在韶钢
2500mm中板生产线上的应用

(1.宝钢集团广东韶关钢铁有限公司,广东韶关512123;2.华南理工大学机械与汽车工程学院,广东广州510641)系统进行分析的基础上,选择了TCR型SVC系统以减少谐波电流.根据2500mm生产线主电机的实际数据对SVC 系统进行了设计,选择了合适的TCR容量,对滤波器参数进行计算,并安全校核.从而设计了韶钢2500生产线TCR
型SVC系统,并投入运行.运行结果表明,有效地控制了谐波电流,减少了环境污染,取得了显著的经济效益关键调:SVC系统;TCR型;主电机;滤波器

Abstract: For the harmonic current of the 2500 mm mill at SGIS exceeded the limit value set by GB after the main motor was modified, the SVC system of TCR type was selected to reduce the harmonic current based on the analysis of the SVC system , The SVC system has been designed according to the caleulation of the actual data of main motor for the 2500 mm production line, and the appropriate capacity of TCR has been selected. The filter parameters have been calculated, and the safety checking has been made., Therefore, the SVC system of TCR type for 2500 mm production line at SGIS has been designed, and put into operation, The results of the operation show that the harmonic current has been controlled effective

宝钢集团广东韶关钢铁有限公司(以下简称“韶钢")2500mm中板生产线原直流主传动由2× 4000kVA、6000V/750V整流变压器、2×2500kW 直流电机、2套12脉波整流装置组成,供电母线 6kV,采用手动投切电容滤波装置.生产线自1996 年底投产以来,产量已经由设计的25万t扩大到 100万t.这期间对生产线主要设备实施了各种扩容改造,主传动控制系统也在2004年7月改造成西门子6RA70全数字控制系统,2010年改为功率为2× 4200kW的交-交变频同步电动机,但改造后原有
