冷床输送链转动副润滑剂涂覆及热固化工艺研究*

摘要:常温状态下的运动副通常采用油脂类润滑剂润滑,热连轧机生产线上的冷床由滚盘、轴套和销组成
的转动副,处于380℃以上的高温工作环境,必须喷涂特殊耐磨、耐高温润滑剂,但其涂层厚度难于控制,涂覆和固化比较困难。为此,从涂层要求和涂料性能入手,经过喷涂和漫涂两种涂覆方式小批量零件试验,从涂层厚度、附善力等对比试验数据结果分析,确定以喷涂方式作为冷床转动副零件表面最终涂覆方案。设计了喷涂工艺与专用喷涂工装,对不同结构的批量件进行涂覆与热固化,工作效率显著提高,并应用在摩洛哥2800热连轧机生产线上的冷床"输送链”上,取得了成功。

Study on lubricant coating and heat curing process of rotating couplings in hot rolling mill

Abstract: The kinematic pair in the normal temperature is usually lubricated with grease and lubricant. The
cooling bed on the hot rolling mill production line is composed of roller, shaft and pin. The working temperature is above 380°C , and must be sprayed with special wear and high temperature, Lubricants, but the coating thickness is difficult to control, coating and curing more difficult. In this paper, from the coating requirements and coating perfomance, after spraying and dip coating two smallbatch parts test,from the coating thickness, adhesion and other comparativetestdata analysis to detemine the way to spray as a cooling bed surface parts final coating scheme. The spraying process and the special spra ying tooling were designed, and the coating and heat curing of the batches with different structures were improved and the working efficiency was improved.The application was successful in the cooling con+ veyor chain of the 2800 hot rolling mill production line in Morocco.

2800mm热连轧机生产线上的冷床是将轧制成形的具有380℃以上高温的钢板,从输入辊道通过“输送链”输送到输出辊道并进行冷却。输送链采用链传动,链传动机构上有许多由“滚盘、轴套和销”构成的“转动"运动副,其润滑很困难。主要存在以下4 个难点:一是因为间隙非常小,润滑剂难以渗透运动副内部1];二是不能采用干油等油脂类润滑剂,以免油脂滴漏污染成品板材;三是“输送链”完全处于开放状态,载荷重、运转速度较低、工作环境恶劣;四是转动副的零件尺寸小、数量特别大。现针对冷床转动副的工

冷床“输送链”上的转动副润滑剂的选择主要考虑耐380℃高温、黏附性、氧化安定性及耐磨性等。

机械传动中常用的油脂类润滑剂,使用温度范围大多低于200℃,最好的杜邦Krytox240AC氟化油脂使用温度也低于290℃[2],所以运动副不能采用常用
