轮南油田复合柱塞气举新工艺

摘要:随着轮南油田地层能量不断衰竭,大部分油井已经进入低压、低产阶段,常规柱塞气举并产量低、携液效率低,且该工艺间歌性开关并制度制定不合理时易导致并简积液压死油层,造成经济损失。为了解决上速问间题,通过室内研究与现场试验,采用多项工艺相结合的方式研发出一套“固定式多级气举阀管程+浮动式中空快速柱塞+清蜡柱塞”相结合的复合柱塞气举新工艺。该工艺在前期柱塞气举技术的基础上进行了创新,实现了不关并连续生产,避免并筒积液,现场应用4并次共减少清蜡作业次数147次、减少制氮车气举作业LNA并2次、LNB并1次,并且复合柱塞运行增油1096t。复合柱塞气举新工艺现场应用效果明显,已逐步在油田进行推广,实现柱塞气举井高效生产。

Abstract: As the producing energy depletes continuously in Lunnan Oilfield, most oil wells are now at the stage of low pressure and low yield, and conventional plunger lift wells are low in production rate and liquid carrying efficiency. Besides, when the intermit-tent well startup and shutdown system is not formulated rationally, liquid loading occurs easily to make the oil layers dead, resulting in economic loss. To solve these problems, a new combined plunger lift technology of * fixed multistage gas lift valve string + floating hollow quick plunger + paraffin removal plunger " was developed by combining multiple technologies based on laboratory study and field experiment. This technology is innovatively developed on the basis of earlier plunger lift technology. By virtue of this technology,. e sa sa eaed ie soae eoe e aea s a s d so paraffin removing operation is reduced by 147 times, gas lift of nitrogen generation vehicle by twice and incremental oil of 1 096 t by combined plunger operation. This combined plunger lift technology is remarkable in field application, and it is being popularized in the oilfield gradually to realize the efficient production of plunger lift wells.

轮南油田TⅢ、JⅡI、JIV油组部分高气油比、低产量、易结蜡的油井,采用电潜泵或有杆泵采油现场泵效较低,同时考虑部分井地层能量不足,无法将柱塞推至井口,而连续气举举升滑脱损失大,轮南油田
