摘要:根据Hamilton原理,建立了一端固定、一端简支输液管道的流固耦合振动控制方程,采用直接解法解出了管道自由振动的固有频率、临界压力和临界流速的表达式。对某采油树管道进行了流固耦合振动计算,分析了流体的流速和压力对管道固有频率的影响,得到了固有频率、临界压力和临界流速与管道长度、流体压力和流速之间的关系曲线。

Abstract:In this paper,the control equations of fluid structure interaction vibration of liquid filled pipes with fixed hinged were established on the basis of Hamilton's vibration principle. The for-mulas of the natural frequency of the pipe,critical pressure and critical velocity of the liquid were ob tained by means of direct method, The fluid struc-ture interaction vibration of pipe of Christmas tree was calculated by this method,the influence of ve-locity and pressure of the liquid on the natural fre quency of the pipe were analysed. And the curves of natural frequency, critical pressure and critical velocity with the length of the pipe, the pressure and velocity of the liquid are acquired.

引言
输流管道广泛应用于石油化工、海洋工程和航
空航天等领域。输流管道的振动与稳定性问题是一个复杂的间题,它不仅在理论上有重要研究价值,而且具有广泛的工程背景1-$。近年来,国内外许多学者致力于对它的研究(6-13]。
目前,常用的解决输液管道流固耦合振动问题的方法,如传递矩阵法、有限元法、差分法、摄动法和 QR法,理论上都较为复杂,不利于在工程上推广应用。在此,针对某采油树输油管道,根据Hamilton 原理,用霉级数和三角级数近似模拟管道的振型函数,对管道的流固耦合振动方程进行了分析。
输流管道固液耦合振动变分方程
由于采油树输油管道一端与采油树树体相连,而采油树树体刚度大很多,因此,输油管道上与采油树树体相连的一端(A端)视为固定端,而与三通(B)连接的竖直管道(C)放置在采油树基座上,三通处简化为简支端,如图1所示。
