液压静力压桩机压桩箱结构的灵敏度分析和优化设计

(1西南交通大学机械工程学院,成都610031;2广西建工集团建筑机械制造有限公司,南宁530001)摘要:运用ANSYS软件和参数化设计语言APDL,建立YZY800D型液压静力压桩机压桩箱的参数化有限元模型,进行有限元分析,找出结构的危险工况;在此工况下,利用ANSYS概率设计系统(PDS)和基于响应面法的蒙特卡罗模拟技术,进行结构灵敏度分析,确定压桩箱主要结构尺寸参数对结构应力和总质量的影响程度;根据有限元和灵敏度分析结果,设置结构优化设计变量,利用ANSYS的OPT系统进行优化设计,并结合工程经验,确定出优化后的结构尺寸;通过优化
前、后的有限元分析结果对比,优化后的结构总质量减少了13.16%,有效降低了结构重量。关键词:压桩箱;有限元分析;灵敏度分析:结构优化;ANSYS

Abstract : A parameterized finite element model of pile clamping box of YZY800D hydraulic static press pile driver is set up by u-sing ANSYS software and APDL standing for ANSYS parametric design language, The finite element analysis is accomplished for the structure to find out the most dangerous working condition. Under this condition,using the ANSYS Probabilistic Design System( PDS) and Monte Carlo simulation techniques based on response surface method,sensitivity of the pile box structure is analyzed to study the influence of the main parameters on the structural stress and total quality. According to the results of finite element a-nalysis and sensitivity analysis,structure optimization design variables are set up.ANSYS OPT system is adopted to optimize the design,and combine with the engineering experience to determine the structure size after optimization. By comparing the results of finite element analysis before and after optimization,total quality of the structure is reduced by 13. 16% after optimization,which effectively reduces the structure weight

液压静力压桩机(hydraulic static presspiledriver)利用液压油产生的强大的静压力,将预制桩平稳、安静地压人地基。由于其具有无振动、无噪声、低费用和高效率等优点,目前已逐步应用于我国城市建设中,是一种具有鲜明中国特色的环保型桩工机械"。

kN,其结构如图1所示。压桩箱是压桩机的主要构件之一,支撑相关机构执行夹桩、压桩及拔等工况并承受相关的载荷。本文首先建立压桩箱参数化的有限元模型,然后依次对结构进行有限元计算、灵敏度分析和优化设计,并结合工程实际经验,快速有效地确定优化后的结构尺寸,以达到在满足结构优良特性的前提下,最大限度地减轻结构自重的目的,从而为压桩箱结构的轻量化设计和性能改进提供理论依据。
