巨胎液压硫化机应力测试与有限元分析

摘要:介绍188"巨胎液压硫化机的基本结构和工作原理,结合传统的应变电测法确定贴片与温度补偿方案;给出具体实施的应力测试方法,并对该硫化机合模机构进行合模应力测试。测试结果表明:最大拉应力发生在第12根合模杆的0° 位置,大小为94.5MPa。由于加工误差造成各合模杆在0°与180°位置的应力相差较大,但整个合模机构能够安全承载,满足实际工作要求,这说明主要承载机构具有足够的抗拉强度。通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对合模机构做有限元计算分析,找出了硫化机实际工作时的应力分布情况,验证了硫化机的安全可靠性,证明合模机构在工作时承受拉伸和弯曲
的组合载荷作用;对比实验结果与计算出的应力分布情况,二者吻合较好,验证了计算的正确性。关键词:液压硫化机;应力测试;应变电测法;ANSYS软件;有限元分析

Abstract; Introduced the basic structure and working principle for the 188-inch giant-tire hydraulic vulcanizing machine, combi-ning to the traditional strain electrie testing method,fixed patch and temperature compensation plans ;the implementation of stress test method was given,and the matched molds stress test for the mode-locking structure of vulcanizing machine was conducted. Test results showed that the maximum stress was happened in the position of zero degree of No, 12 of mode-locking rod, and its value was 94. 5MPa, Due to processing errors,it caused larger stress difference between in the zero degree position and one hun-dred eighty degree position for every mode-locking rod,but the entire mode-locking structure was loaded safely,satisfied the actual work requirement, and that meant the main loaded structure had enough tensile strength. Through the ANSYS soft,the finite ele-ment analysis was carried out for the mode-locking structure of vulcanizing machine,the stress distributions during the actual vul-canisation condition was found, this verified the reliability and safety of it and proved that the mode-locking structure loaded com-bination loads( tension and bending) during the actual vulcanization condition;comparing the experiment result with the stress-test result,they have verified the calculating correct results.
