摘要相国寺储气库为西南地区首座地下储气库,在其运营成本中,动力费占比达55%,主要耗能设备为电驱式压缩机。为降低该储气库运营过程中的用电成本,通过分析相国李储气库运营成本及其主要影响因素,确定用电成本影响因素为压缩机功率和电价,其中影响压缩机功率的主要因素为机组压比和单机排气量。基于上遂分析结果,建立注气期压缩机经济运行的优化模型,形成利用电价峰谷差错峰运行压缩机组的优化建议方案,可节约用电成本。经动态模拟计算验证,按优化方案运行机组,上游管网的压力波动范图介于0.2~0.4MPa,上游管段的压力变化均在设计压力之内,优化方案可行。通过观场试验,管网压力波动
与计算结果一致,在注气量800×10"m/d时,日节约电费3万元,可以为储气库实现低成本发展目标提供参考。主题词储气库压缩机注气运营成本

Abstract: The Xiangguosi Gas Storage is the first underground gas storage in southwestern China, and its power cost accounts for 55% of total operation cost. In the Xiangguosi Gas Storage, the main energy consumption equipment is the electrically driven compressor. To reduce the electricity cost during its operation, the operation cost and main influential factors were analyzed. It is indicated that the factors affecting electricity cost are power efficiency and electricity price, and the former is mainly affected by the compressor set pressure ratio and the displacement of single compressor. Then, the optimization model for the economic operation of compressor during gas injection was established based on the influential factors. Accordingly, the compressor set optimization proposal, i.e., off-peak operation based on the peak-valley electricity price difference, was prepared to reduce the electricity cost, It is verified by dynamic simulation and calculation that the pressure ofupstream pipe-line network fluctuates between 0.2 MPa and 0.4 MPa, within the design pressure range, when the compressor set is operated according to the optimization scheme. It is demonstrated that the optimization scheme is feasible, The pressure fluctuation of pipeline network measured during field test is in accordance with the calculation results, When the gas injection rate is 8x10° m'/d, the electricity fee is saved by RMB30,000 each day. It provides the reference for the "low-cost development" strategy of underground gas storage.
