1.中国石油长庆油田公司苏里格气田研究中心2.低渗透油气田勘探开发国家工程实验室3.中国石化华东油气分公司摘要鄂尔多斯盘地苏里格气田单井普遍采用井下节流工艺生产,但井下节流技术给气田带规动态监测和气井动态分析带来较大困难,现有常规方法已难以解决节流气井的动态分析间题。通过分析含节流器气井流动的理论和实际生产曲线的特征后认为:含节流器气井早期具有明显的临界流特点,生产后期则具有明显的亚临界流特点,进而基于气井不同生产时期试井测试资料的系统研究,提出含节流器气并的试并解释具有气井早期临界流时以高表皮为主要特征、气并晚期亚临界流时以高井储为主要特征的新认识,并以此提出“等效表皮系数”方法,研究节流器对气井不同生产时期的影响,建立了含节流器气井动态分析方法。应用Topaze软件进行含节流器气井的生产动态拟合,经对比表明该方法具有较高的准确性、可靠性,为含节流器气并的动态分析提供了新的方法参考和技术支持。

aeaeaae conventional dynamic monitoring of gas fields and the performance analysis of gas wells. It is difficult to analyze the production performance of gas wells equipped with chokes by using the existing conventional methods. In this paper, the flowing theories of gas wells equipped with chokes and their characteristics of actual production curves were analyzed. It is indicated that in the gas wells equipped with chokes,obviousfeatures of criticalflow are presented at the early stageof its production andobviousfeatures ofsub critical flow are presented at the late stage. Then, the well test data of gas wells in different production stages was investigated system atically. It is newly understood that the well testing interpretation of gas wells equipped with chokes is mainly characterized by higher skin factor in the early critical flow while higher wellbore storage in the later subcritical flow, Accordingly, the method of *equivalent skin factor" was proposed to study the effects of chokes on gas wells in different production stages. Finally, the performance analysis method for gas wells equipped with chokes was developed, and the production performance of gas wells equipped with chokes was fitted by using TOPAZE software. It is indicated that this method is highly accurate and reliable, and it provides the new reference and technical support for the performance analysis of gas wells equipped with chokes.

历经8年的规模建设,鄂尔多斯盆地苏里格气田已形成年产气量超200亿立方米大型气田,目前投产气井8000余口,其中超过50%气井以井下节流方式生产。由于气井井筒存在节流器,所获得的气田动态监测资料无法用常规的单井动态分析方法进行分析-3)。因此,深入开展含节流器的生产动
态分析方法研究十分必要。
