本标准按照 GB/T 1.1-—2009给出的规则起草。
本标准使用重新起草法参考ISO13741-2∶1998《塑料/橡胶 聚合物分散体和橡胶胶乳（天然的和合成的）用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定残留单体和其他有机成分 第2部分∶顶空法》编制，与ISO 1341-2∶1998 的一致性程度为非等效。
本标准由中国石油化工集团公司提出。
本标准由全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会合成橡胶分技术委员会（SAC/TC35/SC6）归口。
