前言
本标准按照GB/T 1.1 2009给出的规则起草。
本标准使用重新起草法参考ISO1589-2∶2012《石油石化天然气工业海底管道输送系统的阴极保护 第2部分∶海底管道）编制，与ISO15589-2.2012的一致程度为非等效。
本标准由全国石油天然气标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC355）提出并归口。
