前言
根据国家发展和改革委员会办公厅《2007年行业标准修订、制定计划》（发改办工业[2007]1415号）的要求，规范编制组经广泛调查研究，认真总结实践经验，参考有关国际标准和国外先进标准，并在广泛征求意见的基础上，制定本规范。
本规范共分14章和1个附录。 本规范的主要技术内容是：接地、电缆、照明、变压器、电抗器、其他变电所电气设备、母线、
低压电器、旋转电机、起重机、电梯、电除尘器等电气装置的检查与验收：上述设备和线路电气试验的检查与验收；爆炸和火灾危险环境电气装置的检查与验收。
本规范以黑体字标志的条文为强制性条文，必须严格执行。 本规范由中国石油化工集团公司负责管理，由中国石油化工集团公司施工技术宁波站负责日常管
理，由中石化宁波工程有限公司负责解释。执行过程中如有意见和建议，请寄送日常管理单位和主编单位。
