前言
根据中华人民共和国工业和信息化部《2012年第四批行业标准制修订计划》（工信厅科[2012］252 号）的要求，规范编制组经广泛调查研究，认真总结实践经验，参考有关国际标准和国外先进标准，并在广泛征求意见的基础上，制定本规范。
本规范共分19章和2个附录。 本规范的主要技术内容是：基本规定；基础验收及基础划线；材料检验；钢架安装；空气预热器
安装；受热面安装、附属管道安装；焊接及检验；水压试验；锅炉附件；烟风道及燃（物）料系统安装；脱硫、脱硝、灰渣系统安装；筑炉、防腐、保温；高温烘炉；化学清洗；启动试运行；交工资料等。
本规范由中国石油化工集团公司负责管理，由中国石油化工集团公司施工技术广州站负责日常管理，由中石化第五建设有限公司负责具体技术内容的解释。执行过程中如有意见和建议，请寄送日常管理单位和主编单位。
