新型无焊接管道技术在石油机械中的应用

摘要：随管道连接技术的进步，新型无焊接管道技术作为一种新型的先进管道连接技术在石油机械中的应用也越来越广泛。本文结合石油机械中的管道连接现状，对于常见的新型无焊接管道技术及其应用情况进行分析论述，以促进石油生产与运输发展。

Abstract:With the development of pipeline connection techunology; zthe applicartion of new non-pipeline welding technology is faken as a ew cachvmiced pipeline comection technology in petrolemt machiner); which is more ad more widely used. The paper combines the pipeline in the petroleum machinery comnection status, common for the new pipeline welding technique and its qpplication is disciessed, in orler to promote the oil prodiuction and transportarion development.

引言
在石油产业的生产发展中，管道作为石油机械中的重要结构装置，主要是用来进行石油以及天然气、液压能量和高压水的运输传送。在通常情况下，管道在进行上述资源以及物体的运输过程中，不仅要求能承受所运输流体的压力不能产生泄漏，并且还要求进行运输应用的管道能够在压力冲击作用下仍然连接牢靠，同时能多次进行重复装拆，具有高度清洁的特征，此外，由于石油作为一种特殊的易引燃资源，因此，进行石油运输中所使用的管道，在连接中对于无焊接管道技术应用需求也就相对较高，在实际管道连接中的应用也相对较广，十分受石油行业以及
技术人员的青映。在通带情况下，根据现有石油机械以及管道连接中对于无焊接管道技术的应用情况，比较常见无焊接管道技术主要有扩口式管道连接技术以及软管式管道连接技术、卡套式管道连接技术、37扩口法兰管道连接技术、Walfom挤压式管道连接技术、90扩口法兰管道连接技术，止推环法兰管道连接技术等，其中，扩口式管道连接技术以及卡套式管道连接技术，软管式管道连接技术都属于常用的无焊接管道技术，在石油运输中应用比较广泛，面37扩口法兰管道连接技术，Walfom挤压式管道连接技术。90扩口法兰管道连接技术以及止推环法兰管道连接技术属于新型的无焊接管道连接技术，在石油
