液压行程反馈式高压水泵压力脉动的仿真研究

摘要:传统液压弱动往复式水泵通常采用电磁换向阅控制活塞换向,结构复杂,且由于容腔效应,响应较慢,压力脉动较大,不能适应压力稳定要求较高的场合。为此提出了一种将液控换向阀内置于活塞之中,利用活塞行程反馈控制换向阀自动换向,从面实现活塞自动往复运动的高压水票。首先通过分析其基本结构及工作原理,建立了其数学模型和AMESim仿真模型,得到了活塞、阔芯的位移曲线和输出压力曲线:然后通过对其运动规律以及压力脉动的分析,得出影响输出压力脉动的关键参数。仿真结果表明:补偿孔直径存在一个最优值,过大或过小均会造成输出压力脉动增加;在一定范围内,阔口遮盖

(College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Central South University, Changsha Hunan 410012, China) ABSTRACTConventional hydraulic drive reciprocating pump usually uses the solenoid valve to control the piston, and the structure is complex. Since the cavity effect,the dynamic response is slow and pressure pulsation is large,it can not meet the requirements of highly pressure stable situation. A new type of water hydraulic intensifier pump has proposed in the paper. For the new type,the control valve is integrated in the piston,and controlled by the feedback of piston stroke to revense automatically,which enables the piston achieve a reciprocating motion automatically. The basic structure and working principle were analyzed in detail. Its mathematical model and AMESim simulation model were established. The displacement curves of the piston and the valve spool,and the output pressure curve were ob-tained. Through the analysis of movement law and the pressure fluctuation, the key parameters that affect the output pressure fluctuation were worked out. The simulation results show that: the compensation hole diameter has an opti-mal value ,too large or too small can cause the output pressure fluctuation increasing; Within limits,the smaller the o-verlap degree of the valve is,the smaller the output pressure fluctuation; The larger the diameter of control chamber is,the smaller the pressure fluctuation.
