订单链管理在首钢京唐公司长流程
生产管理中的应用

摘要根据首钢京唐公司炼钢、热轧和冷轧一体化生产的特点，分析了钢铁企业长流程生产中订单链管
理易出现的间题，提出了订单链的设计原则和实现方法。实际应用效果表明，在生产流程和生产组织中采
用订单链管理，能够为生产计划员进行生产计划排定和订单的过程跟踪等提供依据。关键词钢铁长流程生产订单链

Abstract According to the characteristics of integration production for steelmaking, hot rolling and cold rolling in Shougang Jingtang United Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the problems that are occurred easily in the long process of production orders chain management in steel company are analysed, and design principle and realization way in order chain management are put forward. Practica application shows that it will provide a basis for production planner in the production schedule and order tracking to use the rules of order and order chain management in the production process and production organization.

在钢铁企业的生产流程中，从原料进厂到成品交货需要炼钢、热轧和冷轧等各工序的协调一致、紧密合作来共同完成面向订单的生产需求。单一工厂在其内部容易实现精益生产，但精益生产的实现需要上下游工厂共同合作。实际上，只有所有订单链上的参与者协调一致、努力合作，才能建立精益订单链。
在首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司（简称首钢京唐公司）的实际生产环节中，存在着上下游工厂生产状态信息缺失和信息传递不及时等情况，造成上下游生产衔接出现问题，主要表现在以下几个方面：
1）下游产线发现原料有质量问题或者将物
料改挂到其他紧急订单上后，上游产线不能得到生产需求而及时组织生产，导致下游产线供料不足。
2）下游产线使用库存品进行余量充当时，上游产线不能得到生产需求核减信息面而导致超产，超产的物料制品会使库存量增加，或因找不到合适的客户发货而降价处理，造成经济损失。
3）上游产线使用库存品或改挂订单时，未能将成品及中间制品的生产情况通知下游产线导致下游产线不能对订单的生产情况进行有效组织与计划。
