IPD项目参与方合作关系质量演化

摘要：为探索集成产品开发(IPD)模式下建设项目参与方合作关系的演化过程，在通过问卷调查获取调研数据的基础上，以合作关系质量作为衡量和反映参与方合作关系的指标，运用二元语义对问卷评价数据进行处理和运算，建立业主、承包商、设计方三方之间合作关系质量在建设工程项目不同阶段的演化模型，并在文献研究、调查访谈和问卷分析基础上对此演化过程进行分析研究。研究结果表明，反映参与方之间合作关系质量的二元语义评价值随项目进展逐渐下降，即合作关系质量逐渐降低。因此，应对合作关系质量进行动态评价并对
其进行持续改进，以防止合作关系质量下降基至恶化而导致的合作困境。关键词：IPD；项目参与方；合作关系质量；演化

Abstract: To study the evolution process of collaboration relationship among construction parties in Integrated Project Delivery( IPD), the revolution model of collaboration relationship quality ( CRQ) among owner, contractor and designer along different project phrases was established by questionnaire survey and the 2-tuple linguistic representation method, using CRQ for measuring and reflecting the collaboration relationship among parties, The evolution process of the collaboration relationship was also analyzed on the base of literature review, interview survey and questionnaire analysis. The results showed that the 2-tuple linguistic evaluation values for CRQ among parties are decreasing along the development of project phases, which means the CRQ is decreasing.And the parties should continuously evaluate and improve the CRQ at different project phrases to prevent the CRQ further decreasing and occurrence of collaboration dilemma.
