甲酸盐泥浆体系室内评价

摘要:甲酸盐混体系作为帖井液和完井流,正在得到全世界石油工业界的认可和重视。它具有对混页岩抑制性强,密度使用范图宽热稳定性好,流变形优良,厚阻小,不污染环境,离蚀性低等特点。根据近儿年该体系的性能特点和发展应用情况,结合我们激海油回地层的特性,用国产泥案材料进行宝内验证实验,证实了甲酸盐帖井液的主要优点。本文通过泥页岩滚动回救实验,混页岩膨账实验将甲酸的体系和KCL/PF-PLUS/PF-JLXB混袭体系进行比较,两种实验手段都说明了前者的抑制性好于后者,并分别从流变,抗污染、泥纤粘附系数,热稳定性等方面对甲酸的体系也逐行了研究和论证。

Abstracf: Formafe md system, as rhe drilling farid and complerion fihid, is geting zhe recognition and atfention of zhe peiroleam indestry around the world. It has the features, Stich as strong rejectionr capability on mad shale, wide range of density application, good thermal stability, good flow deformation, Small jricrion, no pollution to rhe environmen and low corrosivity efc. characteristics. According to the performance, characteristics, development and application sitaration of rhis system in recenf years, combined with rhe characreristics of Bohai sea oil field strata, we have faken zhe indoor verificafion experiments by using the domestice md maferials and we have confirmed the main benefizs of formafe drilling fhuid. 1.甲酸钠体系抑制性实验
在钻井过程中,对钻井液性能的综合评价,有助于从实际出发指导现场钻井,有利于现场施工中选择使用更好的钻井液。在钻遇到泥页岩层段时,井下常常发生跨、卡钻、漏失和缩进等复杂情况,使钻井无法顺利进行。为此,我们主要采用泥页岩滚动回收实验、泥页岩膨胀实验来评价钻井液的抑制性。一般来说,钻并液的抑制性越好,其阻止泥页岩分散和膨胀的能力越强。
(1)泥页岩的滚动回收实验实验步骤:
①4-10目岩屑的准备:将岩屑砸碎,过4-10目的筛
岩屑为BZ25-1E平台。双,
②量取900ml海水,加入300ml_12%的预水化般土浆,将其稀释成3%的般土浆,高搅20分钟,然后分别按下面加量加入各种泥浆材料。

从表1及图1可以看出,不同甲酸钠加量的泥浆体系的
抑制性都好于KCL/PF-PLUS/PF-JLXB体系,并且,甲酸钠加量在7%条件下的回收率好于40%条件下回收率。
本次实验回收率普退比较低,原因是用BZ251的钻屑成岩性差,含泥量较高,致使回收率偏低。但下面用 QK17-2P3井砂二段的钻屑岩性就好,不含泥,一般钻屑回收率均在80%以上。
(2)不同甲酸钠加量对泥案性能的影响
以上钻屑回收实验我们只是做了甲酸钠的最小加量和最大加量,基于上述实验结论,下面再根据海地区情况,摸
