燃煤机组低低温省煤器系统研究及应用效果分析

摘要:为解决燃煤锅炉排烟温度偏高的问题,设计了低低温省煤器热力系统,将锅炉排烟温度降低至合理范围,并对烟气热量进行回收利用。给出了低低温省煤器热力系统技术方案,对系统投运效果进行了测试。结果表明:所提方法有效解决了锅炉排烟温度偏高问题;在 120MW负荷下,排烟温度从156℃降低至99℃左右,机组热经济性相对提高2.16%,经济效益显著。降低低低温省煤器入口水温以及提高低低温省煤器凝结水流量,均可强化传热效果,提高烟气余热回收效益。

Abstract: To solve the problem of high smoke temperature of coal fired boilers, the thermal system of low temperature economizer was designed,to reduce the smoke temperature to a reasonable range, and recycled the flue gas heat , The technical scheme of thermal system for low and low temperature economizer was given,and the operation effect of the system was tested. The results showed that: the proposed method can effectively solve the problem of high smoke temperature of boiler , exhaust smoke temperature was reduced from 156 C to 99 C or so under the 120 mw load, the thermal economy of the unit increased by 2. 16% and the economic benefits were remarkable , Both decreasing low temperature economizer inlet water temperature and increasing the condensate flow rate of low temperature economizer can strengthen heat transfer effect and improve the recovery efficiency of flue gas .

高导致排烟热损失增加,锅炉效率降低,直接影响燃煤机组运行经济性。
为有效降低燃煤机组供电煤耗,实现机组节能减排一体化目标,可以对锅炉尾部排烟余热进行回收利用(1-5)。文中以实际改造工程为例,对低低温省煤器技术及应用效果进行了较为深入的研究和分析。
