基于南网台帐规范配网GIS台帐数据模型转换与应用

摘要：一体化安全生产管理系统是网公司统一推广的资产管理系统子系统，设备台帐数据是系统核心数据。配网GIS存量台账数据能否按照网公司台帐规范要求迁移到一体化安全生产管理系统是系统上线关键。由于南网的台账规范要求严格，设备类别较多，台帐数据格式种类繁多，并且配网GIS存量数据结构与网公司台帐规范要求有较大差异，如有实现配网GIS 存量台帐数据迁移到一体化安全生产管理系统，并满足营销、GIS、一体化生产系统系统协同业务电子化移交正常业务流转是文中技术关键及难点。
关键词：GIS；地理信息；设备类别；功能位置；公共信息模型（CIM)；地理信息系统(GIS)；可扩展标记语言（XML)；可伸缩的失量图形(SVG)。
