腾讯(北京)总部大楼大悬挑钢结构有支撑悬伸

【摘要】腾讯(北京)总部大楼巨型桁架分布于建筑外围,合围呈180m×180m正方形,巨型悬挑桁架在切角部位合龙,3处悬挑,最大悬挑达81m。根据工程特点进行施工方案比选,选择有支撑悬伸推进法施工方案。采用有支撑悬伸推进法、施工顺序相关性控制、施工荷载影响、合龙温度、临时支撑顶部水平力消除、大悬挑空间结构同步分级卸载及施工监测等技术解决以下同题:提高周转率,减少临时支撑用量;减小预调值计算量,使计算结果施工指导性强;结构合龙温度确定;提高临时支撑承载力,减小临时支撑截面;保证结构卸载的安全性;保证预调值实施和结构应力控制。

Abstract: Large cantilever steel structure truss of Tencent( Beijing) Headquarters Building is distributed in the outside, which is square with 180m x 180m. There are three cantilevers. The largest cantilever span is 81m. According to engineering characteristics of the structure, three construction schemes are put forward. The construction scheme with partial supports is determined after comparative analysis. The construction technologies are used, such as overhanging marching method with partial supports, the construction sequence correlation control, construction load effects, closure temperature, elimination of the horizontal force at the top of support, synchronous overall graded unloading and construction monitoring. The following problems are solved, such as reducing the number of supports, pre-set value calculation, deterrmining closure temperature, the bearing capacity of temporary support, unloading, the pre-set value implementation and structure stress control.
