腾讯(北京)总部大楼大悬挑钢结构向心关节轴承
节点制作与安装技术*

【摘要】腾讯(北京)总部大楼悬挑达81m,采用了向心关节轴承节点,轴向静力荷载设计值为42000kN,为国内最大的建筑用向心关节轴承。为保证其使用功能的发挥,首先从节点构造和CAE技术角度对其进行设计研究,其次从制作和施工角度对其高效施工进行研究。研究表明,CAE技术可很好地模拟分析节点受力,探索了节点承载力
避免结构受力后盖板层状撕裂,同时避免焊接中耳板,保证中耳板传力路径连续;槽口快速对接技术能够提高安装工效。

Abstract: Cantilever span of the building of Tencent ( Beijing) Headquarters Building is 81m. The radial spherical plain bearings are used. The design value of a axial static load is 42 000kN. It is the biggest radial spherical plain bearing which is used in architecture, In order to ensure the application of the radial spherical plain bearing, firstly, the study of the design is carried out from the joint structure and CAE technology points. Secondly, the study of the efficient construction is carried out from manufacture and construction points. The results show that the application of CAE technology can save the experimental cost. The failure criteria of bearing capacity of the joint are acceptable. In order to reduce the middle ear plate thickness, double straps are increased. Dificulty of welding is reduced in the factory. In order to avoid lamellar tearing and force transferring path suspending, the middle ear plate is extended and cover plate is intermitted, The docking rabbet technology can increase installation efficiency.

械领域的销轴式铰节点、万向球铰节点和向心关节轴承节点等节点形式应用于建筑工程中。《钢结构设计规范》GB50017—2003、《钢结构工程施工规范》 GB50755一2012、《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》 GB50205一2001均未对建筑用向心关节轴承节点的设计、制作、安装等有明确规定。
