深基坑开挖对临近建筑物相互影响效应分析

[摘要]以武汉某深基坑工程为研究对象,利用FLAC"软件对基坑开挖进行模拟,分析预测了基坑变形规律,对比分析桩体水平位移和地表沉降计算与监测结果,可知二者变化规律基本一致,验证了数值模拟结果的可靠性。基于该模型,得到了增加围护桩的刚度对减小支护结构水平位移和临近建筑的沉降是一种行之有效的措施,增加钢支撑的刚度一定程度上了提高了基坑的稳定性。同时,围护结构最大侧移值和地表最大沉降值之间的关系大致可

Abstract:Taking a deep foundation excavation project in Wuhan as the research object, the FLAC3D software is used to simulate the excavation of foundation excavation, and the deformation law of foundation excavation is analyzed and predicted. Compared with the calculation and monitoring results of pile body horizontal displacement and ground settlement, it can be known that the changes of the two laws are basically the same, which verifies the reliability of the numerical simulation results. Based on this model, it is obtained that increasing the stiffness of retaining piles is an effective measure to reduce the horizontal displacement of retaining structure and the settlement of adjacent buildings,and the stability of foundation excavation is improved to a certain extent by increasing the stiffness of steel support. At the same time, the relationship between the maximum lateral displacement of the retaining structure and the maximum surface settlement can be fitted with a straight line y = kx, and it can be combined with the design scheme to estimate the maximum surface subsidence value, which has a certain practical significance.

引言
随着城市建设的大规模发展,建筑规模逐渐向高空和地下发展,深基坑的开挖逐渐受到人们的重视。城市深基坑工程往往处于建筑物、道路和地下管线等设施的密集区,施工场地狭小,深基坑工程的开挖必将改变周围土体原有的应力场,导致支护结构向基坑内侧产生位移,较大的水平位移最终导致基坑周围地表发生沉降,并对周围建筑物产生影响。
