深圳大运中心主体育场钢结构支撑胎架同步卸载技术

【摘要】深圳大运中心主体育场屋盖为单层折面空间网格结构，采用临时支撑、高空拼接的方法进行施工，在拼装施工后对胎架临时支撑的卸载成为施工中的关键环节。首先分析了各临时胎架的支撑反力与卸载后的竖向位移，提出合理的同步卸载施工方案与施工步骤。以各卸载点最大顶升力为依据，对施工设备进行科学选取与现场布局。介绍了整套计算机同步控制系统的组成、工作原理以及控制功能。实践结果充分体现了施工方案选取的科学性，以及同步控制系统在大型钢结构施工中的优越性和经济性。

Abstract; The roof of main stadium in Shenzhen Universiade Sports Center is a single-layer folded-surface spatial grid system.Structural members were assembled on temporary support at high altitude.Unloading of the temporary support jigs after steel beams installation becomes the important step.The support a feasibility of operations and construction steps of synchronous unloading are also considered. Based on the maximum jacking force of each unloading point,the selection and field layout of construction equipment are done scientifically.The compositions,principles and functions of synchronous control system are introduced. Construction result shows that construction plan is scientific and the synchronous control system used in large steel structure is superiority and economy.

1工程概况 1.1结构形式
深圳世界大学生运动会主体育场坐落在深圳市龙岗区，体育场屋盖结构上采用单层折面空间网格结构，平面投影形状为椭圆形，平面尺寸为285m× 275m，如图1所示。
屋盖结构由20个形状相似的结构单元构成，呈
