深圳平安金融中心塔式起重机支承架
悬挂拆卸技术*

【摘要】针对超高层建筑中塔式起重机的特点，塔式起重机支承架拆卸是保障超高层施工的重要前提。对塔式起重机支承架拆卸方式进行了研究，对于常规拆卸方法的缺点开展分析，提出了一种新型悬挂拆卸施工技术。该技术利用索具替代塔式起重机作为拆卸工具，支承架悬挂于空中等待周转，节约了堆料场地，缩短了施工工期，保证了塔式起重机支承架拆卸施工安全、高效地进行。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of tower crane in super tall building construction, the tower crane support frame disassembly is the important precondition of tall building construction. This paper studied the disassembly manner of tower crane support frame, analyzed the disadvantages of conventional disassembly manner, and proposed a novel disassembly technology by suspension, The technology took advantage of the rigging instead of tower crane as the disassembling tool, and suspended tower crane support frame in the air for cycle, which can save the stacking area, shorten the construction period, and ensure the safety and efficiency of the tower crane support frame in disassembly construction.

随着超高层建筑的不断发展，塔式起重机作为材料及构件的主要运输设备，其型号、数量、附着形式也相应地发生着变化。
1996年峻工的深圳地王大厦，其施工过程中仅配备2台法福克M440D塔式起重机；而目前已经封顶的上海中心大厦，施工中为其配备了3台法福克 M1280D塔式起重机及1台中昇ZSL2700塔式起重机，可以看出，塔式起重机型号越用越大，而使用数量也越来越多。

自爬升式塔式起重机多支承于核心筒内，像上海环球金融中心、广州周大福金融中心均采用这种附着形式；但为了充分利用塔式起重机的起重性能，如今，塔式起重机多挂设于核心筒外侧，像广州国际金融中心、天津117大厦便运用了这种附着形式。
深圳平安金融中心塔楼地下5层，地上118层，施工过程中配备了4台大型动臂式塔式起重机，均挂设于核心简翼墙外侧。其中，北侧(1号)及东侧（2号）为法福克M1280D塔式起重机，南侧（3号）及西侧(4号)为中异ZSL2700塔式起重机。4台均为国内外建筑施工中使用的最大型号塔式起重机(1)。塔式起重机平面布置如图1所示。
目前，外挂式塔式起重机在工程中的应用越来越常见，国内外学者对此也有了一定的研究。张宇
