浅谈产能前线在油田生产建设运行中的应用

摘要：油田现进入特高含水开发阶段以后，油田综合调整挖潜难度加大、产油量递减加快、生产操作成本增加。因此，一方面要做好稳油控水，提高油田开发效果；另一方面全力组织好这一工作的重要措施。

Abstract: After the oilfield enters the stage of development of extra high water cut, it is more difficult to comprehensively adjust and tap the oil potential of the oilfield.The oil production decreases declining rapidly and the production operation cost increases. Therefore, on the one hand, steady oil control and water improvement should be made to improve the oilfield development effect; on the other hand, efforts should be made to organize the construction of new production capacity Oilfield capacity building is an important means for oilfields to increase oil production and maintain stable production.This is an important measure of work.

产能前线是针对油田生产建设具体实施过程复杂和协调环节多而设立的现场办事机构，由建设与施工单位的现场具体管理代表等工作人员组成，主要负责组织重点及难点区块的运行工作。日常工作职责定位在“跟踪、协调、整合”三个方面，通过产能前线日协调及专项协调会，及时掌握并处理一线信息，可以充分发挥日常横向协调和纵向衔接的作用，有效地将方案传递、设计交底、资金计划等具体指标与职能单位相联系，实现了

1.1跟踪掌据形势要求，全力确保目标和认识一致
产能建设推进工作要服从于油田整体开发形势和生产大局，因此，从掌握开发形势入手，及时跟踪生产决策要求，发挥桥梁和纽带作用，为有序组织开展各项工作奠定了基础。
一是适时掌握开发形势，提前做好产能建设启动的思想准备。各厂利用公司月度生产建设运行例会，对本厂产量形势有更为宏观的认识，及时掌握公司制订的相关决策与要求，并与相关技术单位、生产单位等相互沟通，统一认识和目标，提前做好方案、资料准备等基础工作。
