新疆风电、光伏发电发展现状及面临的问题

摘要：新疆是我国的综合能源基地之一，近几年新能源发展迅猛，与此同时也面临着各种问题。文中对新疆风电、光伏发电发展现状及面临的问题进行了研究。首先对新疆风能、太阳能情况进行了分析，再此基础上，对风电、光伏的发展状况进行了介绍，重点分析了新疆的“弃风限电”问题，提出了加大外送电网建设及风电供暖等措施。文中研究将有助于新疆新能源产业的健康可持续发展。

Abstract: Xinjiang is one of the comprehensive energy bases in our country. In recent years, the development of new energy has been developing rapidly. In this paper, the current situation and problems of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in Xinjiang are studied. First of Xinjiang wind energy and solar energy are analyzed, and then on this basis, the development of wind power and photovoltaic are introduced, focusing on analysis of the Xinjiang abandoned wind brownouts problem is put forward, increase the transmission power grid construction and wind power heating and other measures. This study will contribute to the healthy and sustainable development of new energy industry in Xinjiang.

大型油气生产加工和储备基地、大型煤炭煤电煤化工基地、大型风电基地和国家能源资源陆上大通（“三基地一通道”），在全国能源供应格局中的地位初步确定，新疆已成为我国重要的能源生产基地和国家陆上能源安全大通道[1-3]。近几年新疆新能源发展迅猛，与此同时也面临着各种问题。因此，文中对新疆风电、光伏发电发展现状及面临的问题进行研究，并提出相应措施。
