一种新型输灰装置在电厂脱硝系统中的应用

摘要:火力发电厂烟气脱硝装置中的入口烟道底部经常有积灰产生,同时由于入口与烟道一般较长,支点均位于烟道底部,积灰容易导致烟道变形,使附近膨胀节拉伸后破裂,导致系统运行产生隐惠。文中介绍一种简单有效的输灰装置,它不需增加其他设备,不增加电负荷、不增加物料能源消耗;设备及管件少,施工量小,投入成本小;它能实现连续、低压、匀速输灰,对管道冲剧小,磨损小,对炉后空预器积灰影响小;它由普通钢材制作,制作方便,加工简单,不需人工干预可实现长期稳定运行。

Abstract: Thermal power plant flue gas denitration device in the bottom ash entrance flue is often produced at the same time, because the entrance flue and generally longer, fulcrum are located in the bottom of the flue, flue dust easily lead to deformation, the tensile rupture near the expansion joints, resulting in hidden operating system. Introduces a kind of ash conveying device is simple and effective in this paper, it does not need to add other equipment, not to increase the load, without increasing the energy consumption of material; equipment and fittings, small amount of construction, the cost is low; it can achieve continuous,uniform,low ash,small,erosion of pipeline small wear of furnace the air preheater fouling effect; it consists of ordinary steel production, convenient manufacture,

0引言
锅炉燃烧后烟气中会产生大量的灰尘,这些灰尘在系统各处被疏导,最终进入除尘器统一去除,达到国家粉尘排放要求。电厂脱硝装置处于高含尘段的省煤器后空预器前,这使积灰现象更为明显。脱硝人口烟道一般为十余米的垂直段,在垂直段底部弯头处非常容易积灰。目前采用的输灰方式一般为仓泵及压缩空气输灰。这使得电

厂设备投资增加,压缩空气耗量增加。现有电厂常用输灰装置
目前工程普遍采用的输灰技术为利用灰斗下方的仓泵及压缩空气进行间断性输灰,如图1所示。仓泵搜集积灰达到料位计满仓信号要求高度时,关闭气动进料阀和气动排气阀,然后打开高压气阀使罐内加压,当达到操作压力后,打开输送空气阀门和卸料阀,物料开始输送。该技术具有如下缺点:
(1)消耗大量的压缩空气,增加空压机负荷,增加电耗。
(2)高压气体输送积灰,对输送管道的磨损较大,一般需采用厚度为7mm以上的钢材,且需
