管式极板挤荐和灌粉工艺之浅见

(1.安徽理士电源技术有限公司,安徽淮北235100;2.圣豹电源有限公司,浙江宁海315600)摘要:管式铅酸蓄电池可有效避免正极活性物质的脱落,从而大大延长了铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命。管式正极板的制造通常有灌粉、灌粒和挤青等几种方式。本文重点讨论了挤膏工艺和灌粉工艺对管式正极板制造过程以及蓄电池性能的影响。通过研究得出,采用挤青工艺制造的正极板在份量均匀性上优于采用灌粉工艺制造的正极板;用挤膏工艺制造的管式正极板组装的蓄电池在
容量和寿命性能上均可达到采用灌粉工艺制造的正极板组装的蓄电池的要求。关键词:灌粉;挤膏;管式铅酸蓄电池

Abstract: The service life of tubular leadacid batteries was prolonged, because the tubular positive plates can effectively avoid active material shedding. There are several methods to manufacture tubular positive plates: dryflling powder, dryfilling grain and wetflling. This paper particularly discused the influence of the wetfilling and dryfilling on the performance of leadacid batteries. The results were that the mass uniformity of the positive plates with wetflling process is beatler than that of the positive plates with dryfilling, and the capacity and life of tubular leadacid batteries with wetfilling process were as same as that of tubular leadacid batteries with dryfilling-

动力铅酸蓄电池尤其是大功率牵引用蓄电池通常是采用管式正极板,而依然沿用涂膏式负极板。自1890年Phillipart和Woodward发明了管式正极板以来,管式极板的生产主要有两种方式,即灌粉或挤膏。灌粉是目前国内制造管式极板的主要工艺,其存在的缺陷是显而易见的。首先是环保问题,无论是国内现有的设备制造商,还是国外提供的灌粉设备都很难解决铅粉飞扬问题,对环境和操作者的损害都是不可避免的。其次,灌粉量的控制误差在3%,也就是说单片极板的括物质量的误差很大,这个误差还是制造商承诺的,实际操作中的
