从废铅膏中制备3BS及其电化学性能的研究

摘要:本文首先采用碳酸盐将废铬膏中的铬浸提出,然后通过低温焕烧得到PbO,得到的PbO再与H,SO,溶液通过水热反应得到3BS。浸出结果表明,碳酸钠对度铅膏其有较高的浸提效率,可达98.0%以上;XRD测试结果表明,低温焕烧可得到较为纯净的PbO,水热反应得到的3BS的纯度在99.0%以上;电池性能表明,由3BS制务的电池首次放电容量有明显的提高,50次循环后容量保持率在75%以上。

Abstract: In this paper carbonate was used to leach lead from used lead paste, PbO was obtained by calcinating lead carbonate at the low temperature, and 3BS was obtained by hydrothermal reaction of lead oxide and H,SO, solution. The leaching results showed that leaching efficiency can reach more than 98 % when sodium carbonate was used to leach lead from used lead paste. XRD indicated that the pure PbO was obtained by low temperature calcination, and the content of 3BS was more than 99 % by hydrothermal reaction. The battery performance showed that the initial discharge capacity of the battery prepared by 3BS was obviously improved, and the capacity retention rate of the 50 cycles was above 75 %.
