不同木素掺杂的负极板的电化学行为研究

摘要:本文研究了两种木素对负极板性能的影响,通过循环伏安法、电化学阻抗谱对添加木素的负极板进行电化学性能测试,通过金相显微镜、XRD、BET等对两种木素及负极板进行了表征。实验结果表明,在室温下,木素的添加对放电过程有利,但阻碍了充电过程;添加2#木素更有利于电池的放电过程,并且反应内阻略小;木素对3BS和PbO的形成有影响:2#木素颗粒较小,有利于负极板比表面积的提高。

Abstract: The influences of two different kinds of lignin on the negative plates were studied in this paper.The electrochemical performance of negative plates added with different lignin was measured by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and the negative plates and two kinds of lignin were characterized by optical microscopy, XRD and BET. The results indicated that the lignin was better for the process of discharge, but had an adverse effect on the charge process; the discharge performance of lead-acid batteries added with 2# lignin was improved at room temperature, the react resistance of which was a little smaller, lignin had an influence on the formation of 3BS and PbO; 2# lignin with smaller particle size could improve the surface area of the negative plates

添加剂是铅酸电池必不可缺少的部分,其大致

可分为无机型和有机型两类。无机添加剂主要是硫酸、炭黑等,有机添加剂主要包括腐植酸、木素等。在众多添加剂中,木素因其优越的性能而被高度重视。木素可以吸附在铅电极的表面,防止硫酸铅钝化层的形成,有利于多孔层的形成,减小放电时电流的密度,提高负极板活性物质利用率等1-2), 并且其还影响着析氢电位,以及负极板的充放电过程。尽管木素已经被使用了60多年,但由于材料
