电石渣作为循环流化床锅炉炉内和炉外
湿法脱硫剂的应用

摘要:近年来,随着全国环境保护形势越来越严峻,火电机组环保排放指标监管越来越严,脱硫系统采用的脱硫剂供应及品质问题成为众多保障环保达标排放及脱硫效率的重要影响因素,同时随着全国各地火电机组的超低排放改造不断推进,脱硫设施提效改造成为环保改造重点之一,一方面稳定持续保障二氧化硫达到超低排放,另一方面降低生产运行成本成为企业首要问题,针对以上问题及实际情形,现就循环流化床锅炉炉内和炉外湿法脱硫采用电石渣作为脱硫剂进行分析,以提供相关类似机组帮助和借整。

Abstract: CFB boiler is an efficient and low pollution combustion technology rapidly developed in recent years. It can approach or reach the same combustion efficiency as that of PC boilers. The fuel adaptability of CFB is strong. Both of the high quality coal, such as bituminous coal and a variety of low - quality fuels can be combusted in CFB boilers. The load adjustment range is wide. The combustion is stable even under the 25% boiler load. The low temperature combustion reduce the amount of NOx formation, and the limestone can be used as additive to conduct in -fumace desulfurization at a low cost. The boiler slag can also easily be comprehensively utilized. Therefore CFB boiler is one of the best commercial clean coal technologies all over the world. Because of the above advantages, the large - scale CFB boilers has been rapidly developed. For the CFB boiler, the separation cyclone is an important component. The separation efficiency can directly affect the safe and economic operation.
