330MWCFB炉脱硫自动控制改造分析与实践

摘要:火电厂锅炉烟气排放中的硫化物和氮氧化物是大气污染的主要来源。随着环保问题越来越多的得到关注,脱硫项目在CFB锅炉生产运行中的作用也越来越突出。介绍了京海电厂330MW循环流化床锅炉在达到新环保考核要求过程中,脱硫自动控制系统控制策略进行的分析设计与优化,包括主控制逻辑、串级控制系统前馈量的设计与分析、石灰石导料系统顺控以及计量方法等,并对改造前后SO,实际运行情况进行了对比。对同类型机组脱硫自动控制设计和投运提供参考。

Abstract: The emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides from power plant boiler flue gas are the main source of air pollution. As the environmental issues get more attention, China's environmental protection policy also becoming more and stricter, therefore the role of CFB boiler desulfurization project in the production process has become increasingly prominent. This paper mainly describes the analysis of the design and optimization of Jinghai Power 330MW CFB boiler new desulfurization automatic control system and the control strategy, which is in order to meet the new requirements of environmental assessment. This article includes the main control logic, design and analysis of feedforward amount of limestone feeding system guide sequence and desulfurization system alarms and
