新疆沙漠细砂混凝土配合比及混凝土性能研究

摘要:本文通过密实配合比设计技术路线,研究了新幅沙漠细砂与破碎粗砂混合后混凝土的性能,并通过孔结构试脸研究对比沙漠混合砂混凝土与破碎粗砂混凝土的孔萨率和孔隙特征。结果表明:沙漠砂与破碎相砂按1.5:8.5比例混合后制作出的混合砂混凝土,和易性得到改善,且各等级混凝土的28d抗压强度比破碎粗砂混凝土强度提高3MPa左右;各等级沙漠混合砂混凝土的氯离子扩散系数均低于破碎粗砂混凝土,有效提高混凝土的抗氯离子侵蚀能力;压汞试验表明,掺沙漠砂后,混凝土的孔隙率由15.54%降至11.25%,且平均孔径降低,孔得到细化,使硬化浆体的密实度提高。

Abstract: In this paper, we have used the dense concrete mix designing technology to research the performance of conerete which was made by the mixing of Xinjiang desert sand and crushed sand. Then we have also compared the porpsity and pore characteristies between the mixed sand ooncrete and crashed sand concrete according to the pore structure experiment, The results show that; the workability of the mixed sand concrete was aassauduo psz a pue 'sg's*1 jo uouodoud ai or Suprooee ps poqsrua pur pues asap q paonpord ses aarsoa pues paxu a 'perordu strength was increased by about 3MPa all over the different levels; The chloride ion diffusion coefficient of the mixed sand eoncrete is lower than the crushed sand concrete in each level, and the capability of resistanoe to the chloride ion erosion was improved; mercury test showed that, after adding the desert sand, the porosity of concrete decreased from 15.54% to 11.25%, the average pore size was decreased, the pore was refined, and the mortar density was increased

新疆地处我国西部,是我国“西部大开发”的主要区域,基本建设项目工程规模大。当地沙漠面积43.4 万m,约占新疆总面积的26%之多,而新疆混凝土领域中绝大部分用砂却是河砂和破碎粗砂,如果能将该地的沙漠砂应用于混凝土领域,从就地取材、合理利用和降低工程造价方面来说,具有积极的经济和现实意义。沙漠细砂,在含泥量或亚甲蓝值不高的情况下,可以弥补细度模数较大的机制砂中细颗粒不足的缺点1)。沙漠砂的主要特点是细度模数低、级配差、表面光滑、含泥量大,用于混凝土中同时会带来需水量大、流动性差等问题(2)。张长民等学者在塔克拉玛干沙漠砂混凝土中通过降低砂率调整混凝土配合比和掺
