建筑企业BIM应用能力评估体系研究

[摘要】基于现代企业管理、成熟度以及BIM全生命周期应用思想,对建筑企业BIM应用能力评估体系进行了研究,构建了建筑企业BIM应用能力量化评估模型。结合建筑企业BIM推广应用现状,将BIM应用能力划分为5个发展阶段。评价指标涵盖3大类共11种影响企业BIM应用能力的关键因素,并将各评价指标进行分级,每级对应一个分值和BIM应用关键要求。通过调查统计法、层次分析法、专家意见法进行各指标权重分析,得出归一化的各指标权重系数。将各指标等级分值与指标权重的乘积进行累加得出总分值,进而得出综合评价结果。研究结果表明,评估方法具有较好的可操作性和科学性,可对企业BIM应用能力进行量化评估,并识别企业BIM应用短板,推动企业BIM应用能力水平持续提高。

Abstract: Based on the ideology for modern enterprise management, maturity and BIM lifecycle application, the BIM application ability evaluation system of construction enterprises is studied, and the quantitative evaluation model of BIM application ability of construction enterprises is constructed. BIM application capacity is divided into five stages of development while taking the current condition of BIM application into consideration. The evaluation index covers a total of three kinds eleven categories of key factors that affect the application capacity of BIM, and the evaluation index is graded, each level corresponds to a score and BIM application key requirements. The normalized weight is derived by the method of research statistic, analytic hierarchy process (AHP ), Delphi. The total score is calculated by accumulating the product of each index level score and the weight, and then the comprehensive evaluation result is obtained. The results show that the evaluation method has good operability and scientificalness, can quantify the application ability of enterprise BIM, and identify the weakness of enterprise BIM application, and promote the enterprise BIM application ability level sustained improvement.

乡建设部印发《20162020年建筑业信息化发展纲要》,明确指出在十三五时期全面提高建筑业信息化水平,着力增强BIM等信息技术集成应用能力。全国各省市地区陆续出台一系列方针政策,大力推进BIM标准指南编制、企业能力建设、市场环境培育以及试点项目应用推广等工作,取得了良好的效果,但仍面临较多问题[1]。企业对BIM技术应用能力的建设缺乏清晰的方向,阻碍了企业BIM应用能力的提升,降低了建设项目BIM实施效果。鉴于
