BIM技术在机电安装工程中的应用

【摘要】BIM技术的应用不但可以快速建立施工模型，进行碰撞统计，分析生产进度安排的合理性，协助进行统计算量，还可以为工程运营维护提供必不可少的数据信息。通过BIM技术在相关工程中的应用，重点介绍了BIM技
术在机电安装工程的施工技术管理及成本控制中的创新作用。【关键词】建筑信息模型；机电；安装；管理；碰撞检查；成本控制

Application of BIM Technology in Mechanical and
Electrical Installation Engineering

Abstract: The application of BIM technology not only can fast build construction modeling, count up the collision points, analyze rationality of production schedule and assist to count up work quantity, but also can provide essential information for project operation and maintenance. Based on the application of BIM technology in related engineering project, this paper mainly introduced the construction technology management of mechanical and electrical equipment installation and the innovative function of cost control.

1工程概况
北京银行西区工程位于北京市顺义区马坡镇，地上部分由3栋建筑组成，分别为A1数据中心、A2 科技大厦、A6倒班宿舍；地下部分为西区地下室；总建筑面积156434m。本工程机电专业包括：给排水及采暖系统、消防系统、通风与空调系统、高压变配电系统、低压配电系统、电气防火系统、智能化系统等30余项系统。
2BIM技术在工程中的运用 2.1建立组织机构
BIM技术绝不仅仅是一个绘图技术，它更应是一种管理手段，在运用前建立完备的组织机构，明确责任分工是能否有效运行的关键。运用BIM技术的施工项目要在项目组建时，建立BIM技术运行组织机构，如图1所示。
