苏州某地下空间工程深基坑混凝土支撑拆除
工序优化技术

【摘要】顺作法基坑图护结构混凝土支撑的拆除工序,一般是水平分段、竖向分层,自下而上完成1层地下结构拆除1道支撑,这样才能逐渐释放支撑内力,使基坑整体位移变形缓慢变化,保证基坑及周边环境的安全。以苏州某地下空间工程为例,介绍了一种深基坑混凝土支撑拆除工序优化技术,在完成本道支撑拆除后,继续对上一道支撑
进行局部拆除,为下一道地下主体结构工序施工创造了良好的施工条件。【关键词】地下建筑;基坑;围护结构;支撑;拆除;优化;监测

Abstract: Concrete support of supporting structures of foundation excavation is segmented and dismantled in the horizontal direction,layered and demolished in the vertical direction from the bottom to the top. That is a general way to complete. In this way, thus in order to gradually release brace force and make the overall pit' s displacement change slowly to ensure the safety of the foundation excavation and surrounding environment.The technology of some deep concrete pit crossbars removal process optimization is introduced as one case study of underground space engineering in Suzhou. After completing the strut dismantled, continuing to partly dismantle the previous crossbars can give a good construction conditions for the next demolition construction. Meanwhile, this way can enrich the design ideas.

南方软土地区基坑围护结构广泛采用混凝土内支撑结构体系承受开挖基坑侧壁土压力,控制基坑结构水平位移与坑顶地面沉降,保证基坑整体安全稳定。顺作法基坑混凝土支撑的拆除工序,结合设计工况,一般是水平分段、竖向分层,自下而上完成1层地下结构拆除1道支撑,这样才能逐渐释放

支撑内力,使基坑整体位移缓慢变化趋于稳定,以保证基坑及周边环境的安全。根据主体结构顶板钢筋混凝土施工工艺,要求混凝土支撑与主体结构楼板之间要有一定作业空间。然而因设计变更、造价控制等种种原因可能造成支撑与结构之间净距不足,带来现场无法顺利施工的间题。本文以苏州某地下空间工程为例,介绍了一种深基坑混凝土支撑拆除工序优化技术,具有较好的推广意义,可为类似工程的施工提供技术借鉴与经验参考。
