基于BIM的三维算量在超高层建筑项目中的研究与应用

(1.中建三局集团有限公司工程总承包公司,潮北武汉430064;2.中建三局集团有限公司,湖北武汉430064)【摘要】提出并应用了一种基于BIM模型进行工程量快速计算方法,该方法首先建立符合工程量计算要求的Revit 建模规范,然后通过开发专业软件插件(Revit模型导CCL算量软件插件),将基于上述建模规范建立的Revit模型导入广联达CCL算量软件,进行工程计量、计价计算。通过该方法,可避免工程量计算过程中的二次建模,使传统的算量建模工作变为模型检查、模型完善(如钢筋模型)等工作。经天津高银117大厦项目应用实践证明,所提出的方法可显著提高招投标阶段中工程量计算的效率和精度,并为后续的钢筋翻样、施工指导及施工过程管理提供准确的模型基础。

Abstract; A quick calculation method of engineering quantity based on BIM model is proposed and applied. Firstly,Revit modelling code accorded with the requirement of engineering quantity calculation is set up. Then professional software package is used to import the Revit model into engineering quantity calculation software GCL. Finally, project quantities and quantity pricing calculation are done by importing the Revit model established by the modelling code above into the calculation software GCL of Glodon. Secondary modelling is not necessary in the method above. And the traditional modeling work in engineering quantity calculation is replaced by model check and perfect (eg. reinforcement model). The method is based on the application result of the method in Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building project, the efficiency and precision of the engineering quantity calculation in the bidding stage are improved significantly by the method. Also the method can provide accurate model for reinforcement detailing, construction direction and construction process management.
