盘锦内湖大桥钢锚箱精确定位施工技术*

【摘要】以盘锦内湖大桥东桥项目为例,阐述了钢桥塔钢错箱精确定位思路和定位方法,分析了钢铺箱及钢塔节段的加工制作精度的控制和钢桥塔的现场安装精度控制。在钢结构加工厂采用数控等离子切割机进行零件的精密切割下料,进行钢锚箱焊接,并进行钢锚箱和钢塔节段的焊接;为保证钢塔节段的制造精度,在钢结构加工厂内进行节段预拼装;现场吊装时,提前采用计算机模拟吊装姿态计算出吊索长度和吊索索力,采用全站仪建立四边形测量控制网测量钢塔节段坐标。

Abstract : Based on east bridge of Panjin Neihu Bridge,this paper expounds the thoughts and methods for precise positioning of steel anchor box with steel bridge tower. The control of precision for steel anchor box and steel tower and the control of the installation accuracy of the steel tower are analyzed. CNC plasma cutting machine is used for precision cutting of parts in the steel structure processing plant. The steel anchor box is welded by the parts, and it made with steel tower joined together. In order to ensure the manufacturing precision of steel tower segments, pre-assembly of steel tower segments is made in the steel structure processing factory. The computer is used for simulating the state of segments, and calculating the length and the force of the cable, before the lifting work on site. Total station is used for
the establishment of quadrilateral control network and measuring the coordinates of segments. Key words:bridges;steel anchor box; steel tower segments; assembly; total station

盘锦内湖大桥东桥项目【]位于盘锦市辽滨经济技术开发区,跨越湖泊,连接北侧陆地和南侧小岛。东桥主桥为单塔双索面斜拉桥,远望主桥犹如天鹅一般。主跨主梁为钢箱梁,跨径为130m;边跨主梁为混凝土箱梁,跨径为50m,且主梁与主塔的连接方式为固接,主塔简支在桥墩上。主塔采用钢结构焊接而成,桥面以上主塔高度为81.81m,下部两塔柱为无索区,且在距离主梁上表面约53m位置合并在一起,上部塔柱为锚索区,且近似垂直,图1a为

钢锚箱的精确定位主要有两个方面的控制因素。
钢锚箱及钢塔节段的加工制作精度

该桥主塔采用钢结构,为了减少钢锚箱的高空调整,降低高空作业难度和加快安装速度,采用钢锚箱在场内精确加工并在场内直接和钢桥塔节段焊接成型的施工思路。采用数控精密切割,保证单元件的加工精度;按照图纸精确控制锚箱和主塔节段的相对位置,保证焊接质量和精度,并加强对焊接变形的控制;索道管也应在场内精密加工并进行场内安装。

焊接成型,因此钢索塔施工测量的重点是保证整体垂直度[3],主塔索道管的定位[3]需要进行现场微调,由这2个方面即可保证钢锚箱的定位精度。定
