斜拉桥塔柱索导管施工技术
在重庆蔡家嘉陵江大桥中的应用

Abstract: Based on installation engineering of tower columns of Jialing River Bridge,the authors introduce installation method of cable sleeve, including installation method comparison and selection of cable sleeve,blanking problems of cable sleeve, anti-floating checking calculation of large cable sleeve in the situation of concrete pouring. The authors summarize the location and installation of cable sleeve, including location standard and principle,location calculation, measurement and allocation,installation construction,personnel and auxiliary facilities,as well as installation notice.

1工程概况
重庆轨道交通6号线二期工程蔡家嘉陵江大桥主桥结构设计形式为双塔双索面混凝土斜拉桥,(60+135+250+135+60)m5跨连续梁,塔梁刚接。索塔为钢筋混凝土菱形桥塔,塔柱高达 179.5m,包括墩柱、下塔柱、中塔柱和上塔柱,其中桥面以上78m,单肢宽2.8m,纵向6m;下塔柱单肢横向宽2.8m变化到4.8m,纵向宽6m变化到 8.9m;塔底横向宽12.26m。如图1所示。
斜拉索锚固于上塔柱区段,锚固段索间距 2.2m,采用混凝土齿板锚固于上塔柱箱室的梗处,锚固区段设置环向预应力。斜拉索分为X1~ X14,共计8×14=112根,塔柱索导管分为3种规格形式,如表1所示。
