大掺量机制砂低胶凝材料用量自密实
混凝土制备技术*

【摘要】通过配合比计算和正交试验手段,以大掺量机制砂和低胶凝材料用量制备了自密实混凝土,并对其工作性和硬化后的性能进行了研究。在通过配合比设计确定基准胶凝材料体系和混凝土体系的基础上,根据工作性能、强度、抗碳化性能等技术指标,进行了18组低胶凝材料用量自密实混凝土的原材料正交优选试验,研发出胶凝材料用量为 380kg/m”、机制砂掺量达50%的水泥-粉煤灰-矿渣粉体系的C30自密实混凝土,胶凝材料总量比同强度等级普通自密
实混凝土低15%~20%。结果表明,利用大掺量机制砂可制备出满足自密实工作性要求的普通强度等级混凝土。【关键词】混凝土;自密实混凝土;机制砂;正交试验;抗压强度;试验

Abstract:Self-compacting concrete with low amount of gelling materials and large machine-made sand was prepared based on mix proportion calculation and orthogonal test method, the workability and performance after hardened of the concrete are researched. After determining the standard gelling material system and concrete system, orthogonal tests involved 18 mixes were carried out to optimize the selection of raw material based on testing of workability, strength and resistance of carbonation. As a result, a self-compacting concrele of C30 with gelling materials of 380kg/m' and 50% machine-made sand is prepared successfully. The gelling materials in the new prepared concrete are lower than those in normal concrete of same strength by 15% ~ 20%. The results show that it is feasible to prepare self-compacting concrete with ordinary strength by high content of machine-made sand

掺和料以及人工砂中的石粉来提高胶凝材料总量[3],由于粉体量大,水胶比低,配制普通强度等级的自密实混凝土较为困难4),研发低成本、状态稳定的普通强度等级自密实混凝土有现实意义。
以河砂为主要代表的天然砂资源不断匮乏,与天然河砂相比,机制砂普遍存在颗粒级配不佳、粗糙、多棱角、泥和石粉的含量高等间题,因此普通自密实混凝土的配合比设计不适用于大掺量机制砂低胶材自密实混凝土[3]。
