大跨度钢筋混凝土拱桥斜拉扣挂法悬臂

【摘要】钢筋混凝土拱桥悬臂施工分为悬臂拼装法和悬臂浇筑法两大类。悬臂浇筑法主要采用挂篮悬臂浇筑施工,根据国内外目前的工艺技术又可以分为采用塔架斜拉扣挂法和悬臂桁架瓷筑法。以马跨河特大桥为背景,介绍大跨度塔架斜拉扣挂法悬臀尧筑拱桥的关键施工技术。实践表明,斜拉扣挂法悬臂尧筑拱桥具有结构整体性好、造价相对低、后期维护费用低、工期短的优势。

Abstract: Cantilever construction of reinforced concrete arch bridge can be devided into cantilever assembling and cantilever casting.Cradle cantilever casting was mainly adopted in cantilever casting which includes stayed knotting method and cantilever truss casting method. Based on engineering practice of Matihe Bridge, this paper introduced the key technologies of stayed knotting method of large-span reinforced concrete arch bridge. Engineering practice shows that it has the advantsges of good integrity, low cost and short construction period.

1工程概况
马蹄河特大桥位于贵州省德江县境内,是沿河至德江高速公路建设的重点工程,该桥为上承式钢筋混凝土空腹箱形拱桥,桥跨布置为2x30mT梁+ 180m主跨+2×30m预制T梁,主跨桥面板为15m ×13m空心板,全桥长327.595m,分左、右幅。主桥为钢筋混凝土箱形拱桥,净跨径180m,净失高32m,净失跨比1/5.625.拱轴系数1.756,为等高截面最链线拱,拱圈截面为单箱双室,横向宽7.5m,高 3.3m,整个拱箱分29个节段施工,其中两岸各设1 个拱脚现浇段,采用“斜拉支架法”施工,拱顶设1 个吊架浇筑合拢段,拱圈2~14号节段采用挂篮浇筑,其中2号节段长度最长,为7.579m,3号节段质

塔架斜拉扣挂悬臂浇筑法
马蹄河特大桥主拱圈采用挂篮悬臂浇筑施工完成(见图2),根据拉索扣挂方式为塔架斜拉扣挂法,区别于悬臂桁架浇筑法。该方法施工要点:在拱脚墩、台处安装临时的钢或钢筋混凝土塔架,用斜拉索一端拉住拱圈节段,另一端绕向台后并错固
