氨法脱硫烟气在线连续监测系统
采样净化预处理装置改造

摘要介绍氢法脱硫烟气在线连续监测系统的配置及其构成，分析了存在的问题。2011年7月，对第2期烟气在线连续监测系统采样与预处理装置进行了改造，改造后采样管路无结晶、不堵塞；2012年4月，对第1期烟气在线连续监测系统采样和预处理装置电进行了相应的改造，以防止采样管线因出现铵盐结晶而塞，确保检测精度，保证了烟气在线连续监测系统的长周期正常运行。

AbstractA presentation is given of the layout and formation of continuous emission monitoring system for ammonia process desulfurization of flue gas, and an analysis made of the existing problems. In July 2011 a reform was carried out of the sampling and pretreatment unit of the second-phase flue gas continuous emission monitoring system, and after the reform there were no crystals and plugging in the sampling pipelines. In April 2012 relevant reform was made of the sampling and pretreatment unit of the first-phase flue gas continuous emission monitoring system, so as to prevent the sampling pipelines from ammonium salt crystallization and plugging, ensure the precision of detection, and guarantee the long-term normal operation of the flue gas continuous emission monitoring system.

智胜化工股份有限公司于2008年9月建成了第1期75Vh燃煤炉以及2011年7月建成了第2期75Vh三废流化混燃炉，2套锅炉烟气脱硫均采用氨法脱硫工艺，并设置了烟气在线连续监测系统（以下简称CEMS系统）。第1期烟气 CEMS系统自投运以来，故障较多，无法长周期正常运行。其主要原因：样气的特殊性（含NH，）及预处理装置自身存在缺陷，致使后端分析仪采集的样气中含水量偏高并带有气氨，造成管路出现铵盐结晶堵塞和损坏分析仪气室部件。针对上述

缺陷，在2011年7月建设第2期烟气CEMS系统时，对采样与预处理装置进行了尝试性的改造。投运后，采样管路无结晶、不堵塞，各检测数据准确，取得了良好的效果。因此，于2012年4月对第1期烟气CEMS系统采样和预处理装置也进行了相应的改造。改造后，烟气CEMS系统运行正常，达到了改造目的。
