AT电控系统电磁阀组状态实时监测方案设计

摘要:为了解决AT自动变速箱挂双挡或多挡的故障间题,设计了AT电控系统电磁阀组工作状态的监测方案。该方案通过对电磁阀工作电流的采集、处理,实现了电磁阀组状态的实时监测。当AT电控系统TCU检测到不应导通的电磁阀电流大于209mA时,即保护点电压为418mV时,AT电控系统立即切断所有输出驱动信号,使自动变速箱处于空挡状态,通过台架试验表明该方案能够对自动变速箱进行挡位保护,防止多个电磁阅同时导

Abstract: In order to solve the fault problems of the Automatic Transmission gearbox with double gear state, a method employing realtime monitor system for the electromagnetic valve group is proposed. The monitor function is realized by the current collection and regulation of the electromagnetic valve group. When the current value of the electromagnetic valve group is more than 209mA and the protection point voltage is 418mV, the electric control system of the Automatic Transmission will cut the circuit of all drive signals off, and transit the gearbox to the neutral gear state. The bench experiment shows that the method can effectively protect the gearbox from multiple electromagnetic valves working at the same time, and solve the problem of the double gear state resulted from the cable short-circuit and the electromagnetic valve faults.
