摘要:针对一种两段式机电复合传动系统在换段过程中现的混杂特性,采用切换系统建模方法对换段过程进行了研究。考虑前传动联轴器的柔性特性,建立了等效刚度-阻尼模型;分析了功率分流机构中构件的作用关系,建立了两段式机电复合传动系统换段过程的切换型动力学模型;制定了基于规则的升降段策略,并设计了基于事件的切换律,基于MATLAB/Simulink,搭建了系统的仿真模型,进行伤真分析.结果表明,切换系统动

Abstract: In connection of the hybrid features during its mode switching of a two-mode electro mechanical variable transmission (EVT), its switching process was studied based on switched system theory. Considering the flexible feature of the front drive coupling, an equivalent stiffness and damping model was established. A dynamic switching model of the system was built after analyzing the relationship of diferent components in the mechanism. The control strategy based on rules was fomulated and the switching rule based on events was designed. A simulation model of the system was developed in MATLAB/Simulink, The results showed that the established dynamical model was feasible, the designed switching rule was reasonable, and the driving torque changed smoothly during mode switching.
