基于抗冲击波响应的新型蜂窝夹层

摘要:为提高某军用车辆底部防护结构对爆炸冲击波的防护性能,针对其V型底部结构,提出了一种新型蜂窝夹层结构.以降低质量、受冲击载荷后的变形挠度、加速度、增加铝蜂窝材料吸能为目标响应,设置结构中
筛选并建立优化模型的响应面;通过多目标遗传算法对响应面进行求解,得到了该优化间题的Pareto解集,从而指导该车辆底部结构改进设计;在Pareto解集的基础上使用标准边界交叉法和L2准则得到了一个理想解。仿真结果表明,优化后的新型蜂窝夹层结构较V型底部结构而言,其防护性能有明显改善,并且能大大提高防护
车辆的离地间陈,这对抗课炸结构的工程设计具有一定指导意义,且具有很大的实用价值,关键词:防护车辆;新型蜂窝夹层结构;遗传算法;多目标优化;标准边界交叉法

Abstract: In order to improve the protection level against the explosion shock wave of the vehicle underbody, a new honeycomb sandwich structure is proposed based on its original V-shaped protective structure. A multi objective optimization model is established both with the response functions including light weight, small deflection, low acceleration and strong energy absorption, and with the optimal design variables in the thickness and other geometry parameters of the structure. By combining the experiment design with the variance analysis, a response surface is built to complete the parameter screening. A multi - objective genetic algorithm is used to get the Pareto solution sets for guiding the improved design of the vehicle bottom structure. Eventually, the normal - boundary intersection and L2 norm are applied to get an ideal solution. Compared with the old V shaped one, the new honeycomb sandwich structure with bigger ground clearance is significantly improved in protective property, and the new design has a certain guiding significance and practical value in engineering against the explosive structure.
